If you foresee the slightest change in your schedule; would you please do us a big favor and cancel 24 hours in advance and reschedule the appointment at a time more convenient for you; to avoid the no show/cancellation fee, we really appreciate you for that. Our company policy and disclaimer is as follows. We do not offer refunds. A 50% booking fee is required refundable until 24 hours before service. A "limited salon credit" will be given (to be used within 72 hours) on salon services where contact and a written resolution; via text/email has been agreed upon and received between both stylist and client within 24 hours of receiving the original service. Credits are not transferable.
